Allan is a licensed Queensland Auctioneer, real estate sales agent and marketing expert. He is the Founder of Property Auctions NZ & now Property Auctions AU. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry across every sector including residential, commercial and international property sales.
In addition to property auctions he has been on the podium at several auction houses. His auctioneer’s gavel has hit the lectern more than 50,000 times. In one day at a Police Auction he called over 1,000 auctions.
This broad background in auctioneering enables him to modify his approach and cadence to make the auction more exciting and encourage active bidder participation.
In social circles he is known as the ‘Celebrity Auctioneer’. In keeping with his value of giving back to the community. He makes himself available to assist in raising money for charities including the health, animal welfare, sports clubs and many other community organisations.
